At WILD Heart Teacher, we are dedicated to nurturing the heart, mind, body, and soul of every educator and school staff member, what we call our “staffulty.” In an era where the demands on educators are greater than ever, we provide a place of restoration, community, and encouragement for those who give so much of themselves every day. Our mission is rooted in the belief that students thrive best when they are seen, heard, and loved, and that begins with empowered and supported adults in their lives.

Each year, we host seven transformative 3-day retreats in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, offering a rejuvenating space filled with meaningful connections, laughter, reflection, and inspiration. With great food, intentional programming, and shared experiences, these retreats help educators refill their emotional and spiritual reserves, build authentic relationships, and return to their schools ready to continue changing the world.
